Eleanor is the most beautiful hard working and enthusiastic person. She fights hard for her clients and always has their best interest. She's very understanding, honest and empathetic also. When I approached Dwyer Durack to assist in closing my Workers Comp claim, the service I received was extremely professional and helpful. Eleanor went to great lengths to ensure that I saw the appropriate medical specialists and received fair recompense for closing my claim. All of the staff were proficient and professional at all times and I was pleasantly supposed at how reasonable their professional fees were. Dwyer Durack managed the objection process for my Liquor License application. They were extremely professional, thorough and prompt in guiding me through this process. I highly recommend Eleanor Scarff and Lani Rimkus from Dwyer Durack. Eleanor led my husband’s workers compensation claim that went on close to one year. She was patient, compassionate and her ethical approach was incredible. She was clearly personally invested and exceeded our expectations. With the passing of my wife 3 months ago, I knew it was vital to write a new Will. My previous Will had been written over 20 years ago and didn't reflect my current circumstances or wishes. I had dealt with Dwyer Durack before for some real estate matters and had found them to be very professional and thorough, so I contacted them to help me with my Will. They worked with me to draft a Will which achieved exactly the proposed division of my assets between my daughters and grandchildren which my wife and I had spoken of before she passed away. My daughters know the details of the Will and they know that it's being held for safekeeping by Dwyer Durack. I'm glad I've got this done, and I'm very happy with every aspect of the service provided by Dwyer Durack, thanks to Daniel, Steph and Shevaun.

Daniel Gill and other associates at Dwyer Durack were very easy and professional to deal with and helped me through an extremely stressful legal issue upon the deaths of both my parents for whom I was Executor and Administrator of the estates. Even though I live out in the country they provided easy ways for information to be provided and shared, timely advice, excellent recommendations for additional legal counsel and were very supportive. I’m very glad I decided to go with a top rate firm with extensive expertise and resources, especially after a poor experience dealing with a cheaper legal firm to “save money” previously. The old saying “you get what you pay for” is certainly true and the piece of mind knowing you’re in good legal hands is definitely well worth it. I definitely recommend Dwyer Durack for legal assistance, and particularly Daniel Gill for any Estate and Wills issues. We will be dealing with them again in the future to ensure the future protection of our farming business for our children in our own wills.
